(i) Level 1 – Office space measuring 110 sq mt including the proportionate share of the floor common area at the price of €25,000 per annum.

(ii) Level 1 – Office space measuring 90 sq mt including the proportionate share of the floor common area at the price of €300 per sq mt per annum.

(iii) Level 2 – Office space measuring 308 sq mt including the proportionate share of the floor common area at the price of €325 per sq mt per annum.

Maintenance fee of €30 per sq metre / per annum towards the cleaning and maintenance costs of the common parts and services of the Block including the painting of Block façade at least once every five years; water and electricity charges relative to the Lessee’s use of common parts of the Block (including the lifts); insurance costs relative to the entire Block; twenty-four hour security seven days a week at Reception; stand by generator and lift upkeep and maintenance; external lighting; roof maintenance; and disposal of garbage.

The above rates are exclusive of VAT and increase at 4% per annum.
