Vassallo Builders is pleased to announce that John, Frederick, Varinder and Ton have been promoted to the position of Civil Works Foreman. Vassallo Group takes pride in giving dedicated employees the opportunity to grow and develop their skill set further while also believes in rewarding hard work and loyalty.
- John Farrugia joined Vassallo Builders on 3rd December 2001 as a skilled labourer and is currently assisting Works Manager Silvio Fenech at the OneOneO in Sliema.
- Fredrick Mallia began working with Vassallo Builders on 21st July 2014 also as a skilled labourer was eventually promoted to the position of Mason and is now being promoted once again to Civil Works Foreman. He is presently overseeing the works at the Palace in Tal-Hlas, Zebbug.
- Varinder Singh joined the team on 4th May 2009 as a Shutterer and has proved to be worthy of being promoted to Civil Works Foreman. He is currently working with Works Manager Gordon Micallef at the Phoenicia Hotel in Floriana.
- Ton Silvio, the most recent employee to join Vassallo Builders as a Shutterer on 7th November 2016 is also being promoted to Civil Works Foreman. He is currently overseeing works at the Commercial and Residential Complex in Msida.
Jonathan Buttigieg, Vassallo Builder’s CEO comments ‘These people have shown us their willingness to take on new responsibilities, be part of the leadership team, and to continue to develop their skills in their new posts.
