CaterEssence, a subsidiary of Vassallo Group marks its 10th Anniversary.
In the present circumstances a symbolic virtual celebration was held linking the company directors and management team to the company’s central processing unit where a team of chefs are currently on a live-in ensuring an uninterrupted service in a safe environment. Around 5000 meals a day are currently being prepared and sent to numerous Care Homes across Malta including nine which are operated by CareMalta, another subsidiary of the group. CaterEssence operates from a state of the art, central food processing unit spread over 2000 sq. metres at ‘The Landmark’ in Qormi.
It operates and specialises in hotel contract catering, care home catering, outside catering and producing a wide variety of pastries.
