A Topping Up Ceremony was held at the Riviera Hotel & Spa in Marfa to commemorate the end of a 7 month journey for the refurbishment of this hotel.
Vassallo Group Chairman Mr Nazzareno Vassallo, Director at API Mr Beppe Bugeja and various management and staff were present at this event.
Vassallo Builders took on this project from the demolition where the hotel was stripped to its shell form to renovate all rooms and bathrooms and excavation works for additional areas.
The old reception area was transformed to a new Panorama bar and the new reception has moved one floor down. Excavation works for a new pool and reservoirs also took place.
A new fifth floor was also introduced. An extension of the front area has created a number of new sea view rooms and existing ones to overlook the pool area.
The opening of the new Riviera Hotel & Spa is set for 20th June.
