This week works to fully refurbish the Riviera Hotel & Spa in Marfa have commenced. Vassallo Builders have been entrusted by API to work on this project. Vassallo Builders will be responsible for the stripping of the Hotel to its shell and for the renovation all rooms and bathrooms. It will also be involved in excavation works for additional areas.
An extension to the front area will create a number of new sea view rooms and current ones to overlook the pool area.The current reception area will be transformed to a Panorama bar and the new reception will move one floor down. Excavation works for a new pool and reservoirs will also be taking place.
The project will also be introducing a new fifth floor. Works are expected to be ready by end of April for the opening on the 20th May.
